Glazed Pork Roast

Ingredients

Pork roast
¼ c olive oil
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
¼ c Amber Agave Nectar
fresh chopped garlic
fresh chopped cilantro
herbs:
  basil
  rosemary
  oregano
  paprika
water or dry white wine
Method

  1. Mix together all ingredients
  2. Rub over entire roast, concentrate on top
  3. salt fairly heavily, and pepper
  4. Place in glass roasting pan in ¼ inch of water or white wine
  5. Roast slowly at 350 until meat inner temp reaches 170
  6. remove from oven and let stand 5-10 min. before slicing
