Chocolate Berry Tart w Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredients, crust
2 c. grated chocolate wafers
½ stick melted butter

Method, crust
- Mix grated chocolate wafers and butter
- press wafer butter evenly across bottom of tart pan with removeable bottom
- bake 350º for 10 min.
- let cool

Ingredients, filling
2 8-oz pkgs. cream cheese
2/3 c. Pure Agave Nectar
1/3 c. honey
juiice of 1 fresh lemon

Method, filling
- Mix together all ingredients in food processor
- Spread evenly over crust
- Let chill 30 min.

Ingredients, topping
1 pint blackberries
1 pint raspberries
1 pint strawberries
½ c. heavy cream
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate |
Method, topping
- Mix berries and Agave Nectar. Layer over tarts
- Melt chocolate in double boiler
- Add dollop of whipped cream to top of tarts just before serving
- Drizzle with melted chocolate
